If you meet the criteria below and do not pass your exam, we refund the full purchase price.

What you need to do.

  1. Complete at least one full 100-question timed simulator run inside the platform with a score of 75% or higher.
  2. Sit the NHA CPT or ASCP PBT exam within 90 days of your purchase date.
  3. If you do not pass, email support@phlebotomyskills.com with your simulator score history and a copy of your official score report.

How the refund is returned.

Refunds process within five business days. The full purchase amount is returned to your original payment method.
