Exceptions
The only exceptions to the no-refund policy are duplicate charges (the same transaction processed more than once) and verified technical failures that prevent access entirely and cannot be resolved by our support team. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension and documentation of the dispute submitted to the payment processor. We keep complete purchase records and access logs.
