Refund Policy and Pass Guarantee
Two policies, depending on which tier you buy. Read both before purchasing.
Legacy Starter (Study Guide): Final Sale
Starter is the 215-page PDF study guide. All Starter purchases are final at the time of transaction. The PDF is delivered as an instant download, and once delivered there is nothing meaningful to return. Try the free quiz at /free-quiz before buying.
The $19 Everything Plan: Pass Guarantee
The Everything plan includes a pass guarantee. If the prep does not work for you, we refund in full. The eligibility criteria, in plain language so there is no ambiguity:
1. Complete at least one full 100-question timed simulator run inside the platform, scoring 75 percent or higher.
2. Sit the actual NHA CPT or ASCP PBT exam within 90 days of your purchase date.
3. Fail that exam.
4. Email support@phlebotomyskills.com with your simulator score history (visible in your account dashboard) and a copy of your official score report.
Refunds process within 5 business days of receiving your documentation. We refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method.
Why this structure: a generic no-questions refund on a digital exam prep product invites buyers to consume the materials, screenshot the PDFs, and refund. We do not want that game. The pass guarantee aligns the refund with what actually matters - whether the prep helped you pass. If you engage with the materials and the prep does not work, the refund covers you. If you do not engage, there is nothing to claim.

Exceptions
The only exceptions to the policies above are duplicate charges (the same transaction processed more than once) and verified technical failures that prevent platform access entirely and cannot be resolved by support. Contact support@phlebotomyskills.com if you believe either applies.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first will result in immediate account suspension and the dispute being defended with full purchase records and access logs submitted to the payment processor. If you have a refund question, email us first and we will work through it.
